15 Termination

Where permitted by law, BeenTrend may suspend or terminate access to the Services or end this agreement. You remain responsible for amounts due up to the termination date. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning intellectual property, feedback, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, severability, assignment, governing law, and privacy.

18 Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeenTrend, Shopify, and their relevant affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers against third-party claims and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or another person’s rights, or your unlawful use of the Services.

We will provide notice of a claim where required. You agree to reasonably cooperate in the defence by providing relevant information. No settlement requiring you to accept non-monetary obligations will be made without your consent.

19 Severability
